This is a single, full-frame shot, reduced 25%.  Further enlargement looks bad due to the noise.  Conditions were not good for photography on this evening (high humidity and clouds).  Rough focus was done using the autofocus indicator on Jupiter.  Fine focus was done visually on the moons of Jupiter.

Amplifier glow is visible in the top left of the frame, which means the in-camera noise reduction isn't working completely.
