Mid-Eclipse

This photo was taken at mid-eclipse. For the OCD-afflicted, the moon is not exactly centered because our location was slightly south of the eclipse centerline.

This photo was taken through a Borg 100ED with Thousand Oaks broadband solar filter and 2x teleconverter for an effective focal length of 1280mm with a Nikon D700 DSLR set at ISO 800, 1/4000 sec.
