On a windy night (34 mph gusts) it's best to not fight the elements and back off on the telescope focal length. This two frame rough mosaic, centered on the constellation Monoceros, was shot at 105mm focal length on 6x7 film and shows the Rosette/Cone Nebula area and the Seagull Nebula area covered by a pair of 6x9 shots taken at the same time through my Borg 125EDF2.8 scope (350mm focal length).
