Geminid Meteor Shower - 12/13/2006

After a disappointing Leonid shower in November, the annual December Geminid meteor shower delivered a much better show, with several slow, bright green meteors. The problem this time around was the weather. Clouds, airplanes, and an early moonrise put a damper on what could have been a great show. See the time-lapse video sequence to get an idea of what the evening was like.
